About the Role
Join the UX Research team at HDFC Securities, a premier financial services organization in India with a broad portfolio of investment and trading solutions. This role is based in Andheri, Mumbai, and focuses on enhancing digital product experiences by understanding user behavior and driving design improvements through rigorous research.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end UX research projects including exploratory, generative, and usability studies tailored to HDFC Securities' digital products.
- Collaborate intensively with product managers, designers, and fellow researchers to identify research requirements and contribute to product enhancement strategies.
- Analyze research outcomes and translate them into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and comprehensive user stories.
- Integrate multiple data sources such as product analytics, prior research, and user feedback to enrich research validity.
- Evaluate and incorporate artificial intelligence tools to accelerate research activities and maximize team productivity.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience conducting UX research in digital product environments.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in a research-relevant discipline or demonstration of equivalent professional expertise.
- Possess a naturally inquisitive, analytical mindset with a strong user-centric focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for compelling storytelling.
- Self-directed with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt swiftly to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and background in FinTech are advantageous.

This position is onsite in Andheri, Mumbai.
