Position Overview
As part of the UX Research team, you will be involved in integrating customer insights into the product development cycle from early discovery stages through to post-launch evaluations. This role is focused on conducting quantitative analyses, especially customer sentiment surveys linked to product A/B testing, and supporting other quantitative research tasks in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of research projects aimed at understanding product and feature sentiment, particularly within the context of experimental A/B testing.
- Collaborate actively in the creation of experimental A/B tests alongside product managers, data analysts, engineers, designers, and fellow researchers.
- Work with various teams to pinpoint relevant business challenges and define research objectives.
- Gather and analyze customer sentiment data from surveys, integrating these insights with behavioral metrics to guide product decisions.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive research findings to diverse stakeholder groups through written documentation and live presentations.
- Possess a robust understanding of the advantages and limitations of different research methodologies and experimental designs, communicating these effectively.
- Streamline and automate recurring research activities to increase efficiency and expand the sentiment survey program’s reach.
- Conduct additional quantitative research such as ongoing tracker surveys to deepen understanding of customer experiences and pain points.
- Partner with international user researchers and the Director of UX Research to promote best practices and innovation.
