About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter to join our team based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a full-time position requiring work from the office with night shift hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. The recruiter will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fulfill IT roles for our clients in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Employ diverse sourcing strategies such as leveraging job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals to discover suitable candidates.
- Analyze resumes and applications carefully to determine candidate suitability for specific job requirements.
- Perform phone and video interviews to assess applicant’s technical capabilities, experience level, and alignment with company culture.
- Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills throughout the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional growth within the recruitment domain.
