Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter to oversee the end-to-end hiring process for multiple technical roles supporting US-based clients. This position operates onsite in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, and requires strong coordination with various internal stakeholders to meet recruitment goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle for positions including Contract, W2, and 1099 across US client projects.
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, QA automation specialists, data engineers, and infrastructure personnel.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings evaluating technical skills, communication proficiency, visa eligibility, and alignment with client specifications.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions while managing multiple urgent job requisitions concurrently.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, business development managers, and account managers to streamline recruitment processes and enhance hiring speed.
