Role Overview

We seek a creative UI/UX Designer focused on crafting intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. The role entails understanding user needs deeply, transforming concepts into functional interfaces, and engineering smooth user journeys that enhance usability and delight customers. Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces applicable across web, mobile, and cross-platform environments.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and competitor analysis to pinpoint user needs and design advantages.
• Develop intuitive navigation schemes and interactive patterns that elevate overall experience.
• Establish and sustain comprehensive design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
• Work collaboratively throughout product development cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Convert business objectives and user feedback into effective, visually compelling design outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines, responsive design, and best usability practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Deep comprehension of user-centered design philosophies, usability, accessibility, and information organization.
• Expertise with design and prototyping software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents.
• Experience producing wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and refined UI designs.
• Knowledgeable about responsive design principles for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with managing design systems, component libraries, and style documentation.
• Strong grasp of typography, color usage, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Competent in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end development concepts is beneficial.
