Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at StackIt Digital, you will champion human-centered design principles across various client and brand projects. Your role involves crafting visually appealing and strategic user experiences that address diverse industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes on multiple projects, delivering user-focused and impactful solutions.
• Conduct user research to extract critical insights and identify opportunity areas, transforming findings into compelling design concepts.
• Design user journeys, develop prototypes, and create comprehensive wireframes using current tools and practices.
• Collaborate closely with a remote team composed of writers, designers, strategists, and technologists to ensure successful project delivery.
• Present design strategies and project work effectively to clients, communicating the rationale and vision clearly.
• Keep abreast of evolving UX trends and methodologies, sharing knowledge internally and with clients.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced professional with a minimum of three years in UX design, preferably within creative or marketing agencies.
• Skilled in synthesizing primary research into strategic, insight-driven product designs.
• Proficient in creating user flows, detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Experienced in facilitating workshops and conducting comprehensive user research.
• Adept at collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and contributing innovative ideas.
• Enthusiastic problem solver with the initiative and courage to implement unconventional solutions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment characterized by rapid change and growth.
