Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who is creative, precise, and passionate about contemporary digital design. The designer will work directly with the founder and developer, producing Figma files that serve as the blueprint for development. Accuracy in design directly affects product quality.

Essential Knowledge (Non-negotiable)

Expertise in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, variants, and developer handoff.
Proficiency with Spline for creating 3D elements incorporated in animated websites.
Experience utilizing Canva AI for social media graphics, marketing assets, and adverts.
Competency in AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or Leonardo AI for mood boards and visual assets.
Familiarity with v0.dev for UI component inspiration and developer communication.
Strong ability to create responsive designs that work flawlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Capability to design intuitive user flows, not just isolated screens.
Basic understanding of Next.js and React to ensure designs are feasible for development.
Modern design sensibility encompassing typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy aligned with 2026 standards.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Framer for building live clickable prototypes without coding.
Competence with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for advanced graphic design.
Knowledge of motion design to create basic interactive animations.
Familiarity with Rive for designing micro animations.
Understanding of 3D design concepts, including modeling, lighting, and textures.

Daily Responsibilities

Design every screen for websites, web apps, and mobile applications prior to development.
Deliver complete Figma designs within 2 to 3 days after receiving project briefs.
Create detailed clickable prototypes in Figma for client preview before coding.
Present and explain designs to clients, incorporating feedback swiftly.
Design 3D scenes and components in Spline for premium website projects.
Prepare comprehensive developer handoff documentation with precise specifications.
Conduct reviews during development to ensure final products match design fidelity.
Design social media posts, ad creatives, and brand assets as needed.
Maintain design consistency using systematic design libraries and components.

Performance Metrics

Timely delivery of designs within 2-3 days of brief receipt.
Client approval secured with no more than two major revision rounds.
Developer able to implement designs with minimal clarification required.
Final product matches design in quality and precision.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 depending on portfolio and interview performance.

Hiring Process

Additional Notes

The company operates on fast timelines with strict delivery deadlines of 20 days per project. Designers must produce high-quality work within 2 to 3 days per brief. Comfort with daily use of AI design tools is required; however, strong independent design skills are essential since AI aids but does not replace creative judgment.
