About the Role
We are looking for motivated Typists and Cashiers to join our team within Government Services in Dubai. This role requires handling customer interactions professionally and processing orders efficiently to support day-to-day operations.
Working Schedule
The working days are Monday to Saturday with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries related to company products and services.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Accurately input and update customer data within the company database.
- Follow precise procedures in order taking and processing.
- Provide excellent service by going above and beyond customer expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- Quickly learn product and service information to effectively explain to clients.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with diverse individuals.
- Maintain composure and patience, especially when facing rejection.
- Excellent negotiation abilities to resolve conflicts and manage customer complaints successfully.
