Job Responsibilities

• Install various types of cable trays including ladder type, perforated, and solid bottom in accordance with approved drawings and specified standards.
• Execute on-site cutting, bending, drilling, and assembly tasks necessary for tray system installation.
• Secure trays by fitting supports, hangers, brackets, and structural steel components.
• Interpret HVAC, mechanical drawings, and layout plans to guide installation work.
• Ensure cable tray systems are properly aligned, leveled, and routed efficiently.
• Collaborate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and site engineers to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols, obtain required permits, and participate in toolbox talks.
• Make necessary modifications and adjustments on-site based on real-time conditions.
• Maintain and ensure good working condition of tools, materials, and equipment used.
• Support installation of related accessories such as bends, tees, reducers, and risers.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or electrical installation projects, preferably related to tray installation.
• Hold an ITI certification or possess relevant educational qualifications.
• Familiarity with reading and understanding basic technical drawings and site layouts.
• Physically capable of performing site tasks including working at heights and in confined spaces.

• Skilled in the safe use of both hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders on site.
