About Wejhah Travel Agency
Established in 2021 and based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Wejhah is a growing travel agency specializing in B2C sales. The company is currently seeking a dedicated ticketing specialist to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities and Candidate Profile
- Utilize Galileo or other Global Distribution Systems (such as Amadeus, Saber) proficiently for ticketing purposes.
- Engage with customers fluently in both English and Arabic across various communication channels including WhatsApp, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Display a strong work ethic and be willing to work a minimum of six days per week, with the possibility of additional days as required.
- Although not mandatory, prior experience in selling vacation packages and attracting customers is regarded as a valuable advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
The selected individual will be offered a comprehensive compensation package comprising a base salary, accommodation, food allowance, and transportation allowance. Additionally, performance-based incentives will be provided. The remuneration package will be tailored based on the candidate's experience and will be reviewed and adjusted in alignment with performance and the condition of the travel sector.
