Travel Agent / Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for Travel Consultants to join our team at Chandigarh, catering also to Mohali and Hisar locations. Candidates from entry level up to 5 years of experience are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries regarding international travel packages.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate travel options.
• Create tailored travel itineraries and cost estimates.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed reservations to meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain follow-ups with clients to successfully close deals.
• Provide comprehensive travel details, including accommodation, flights, and visa requirements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking processes.
• Manage client records and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management system.
• Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to 31,000.
