Role Overview
The Training Manager is responsible for conducting ongoing training needs analyses to identify effective, relevant, and economical training solutions aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of Regional Managers and Central Services staff. This ultimately supports improved performance at individual, team, and business levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Regional Managers to assess and define training needs based on business priorities and individual development plans.
- Assist in designing, developing, and producing training materials, manuals, and documentation to ensure consistent quality and alignment with the retail training programme.
- Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all learning resources adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Plan and implement a continuous training programme featuring learning tools and resources that enhance volunteer team performance and maximize their potential.
- Track and update information related to training interventions and activities regularly.
- Deliver training sessions to upgrade knowledge and enhance training skills of team members.
- Discuss and manage the training calendar to ensure effective scheduling and execution of training events.
Preferred Experience
Experience or exposure to training within the financial sector is advantageous.
