We seek motivated carpenters or skilled tradespeople (m/w/d) with leadership potential to support our assembly projects and gradually take on supervisory duties.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in assembly projects while progressively assuming leadership roles on site
• Lead small installation teams effectively
• Maintain communication with clients onsite to ensure seamless project execution
• Adhere strictly to safety and occupational health regulations
• Contribute actively to engaging store and project construction assignments

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed professional training in a skilled trade, preferably as a carpenter (m/w/d)
• Willingness to undertake assembly work across Germany
• Valid driver's license class B
• Proficient command of the German language
• Technical aptitude with a methodical and precise approach to work
• Strong teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
