Role Purpose and Working Hours

This opportunity is perfect if you're eager to begin your leadership journey. You will be the Trading 2IC, supporting the Trading Manager with all shop floor activities including managing The Entertainment and Technology sections as well as overseeing the Price Integrity function. Ensuring high standards in team leadership and operational execution will be key.

• Tuesday: 1:00pm - 9:30pm
• Wednesday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Friday to Saturday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing shop floor operations with a focus on The Entertainment and Technology departments.
• Lead and motivate teams within these areas to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain compliance with legal trading standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure planograms are accurately followed and promotional setups are correctly implemented.

About You

• Must hold the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire teams.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the in-store experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
