About the Role
Fursan Travel is hiring a Saudi national to become part of its Business Travel team in Riyadh. The role focuses on supporting corporate travel arrangements, ticketing, and end-to-end travel coordination for business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Amadeus to reserve, issue, reissue, and process refunds for air tickets.
- Manage hotel reservations and arrange additional travel services such as transfers, visa support, and travel insurance.
- Recommend suitable travel choices while staying aligned with company travel rules and corporate policy requirements.
- Respond quickly to itinerary changes, cancellations, and urgent booking needs.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep service delivery smooth and efficient.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 0 to 3 years of experience in corporate travel or business travel ticketing.
- Hands-on proficiency with Amadeus is essential.
- Previous exposure to hotel bookings and non-air travel arrangements is important.
- Working knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, and corporate travel policies is needed.
- Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic will be considered an advantage.
- The candidate should be well organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
