About the Role

Join an energetic and friendly team passionate about fashion retail. The Third Key Holder supports visual merchandising, marketing activities, and collaborates with management to optimize store and stockroom functions. When team leaders are unavailable, this role takes charge of all store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, restocking products, merchandising, delivering excellent customer service, and supervising staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting, acknowledging, and assisting customers while demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Handle transactions at the register accurately.
  • Comply with all organizational policies and guidelines.
  • Assist the Store Manager in upholding company standards detailed in the employee manual.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least one year of experience in retail environments.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Strong sales abilities coupled with excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of delegating responsibilities and showing ownership.
  • Leadership qualities to positively and inclusively lead a team.

Physical and Availability Requirements

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and climb ladders.
  • Ability to move, lift, and manage merchandise boxes and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
