Role overview
Saksoft is seeking an experienced Test Program Manager to lead testing delivery in a complex enterprise setting in Singapore. This position focuses on managing vendor-led test services, strengthening automation, and supporting quality assurance across large-scale banking initiatives.

Core responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day delivery of testing services provided by bank-approved vendors for GIPS-related initiatives.
- Partner with testing providers and other stakeholders to evaluate, comment on, and approve test strategy documents, test plans, and related testing artefacts.
- Promote the use of modern automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to raise test efficiency and expand coverage.
- Carry out API, microservices, and integration testing across distributed enterprise platforms.
- Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to enable DevOps, CI/CD, and shift-left testing approaches.
- Lead AI and GenAI-driven testing efforts, including intelligent test automation, predictive defect analysis, and test optimization.
- Oversee validation and certification for OS patches, database upgrades, middleware updates, security patch rollouts, and infrastructure refresh activities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer engineering, or a closely related discipline, is required.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in test delivery or a similar role within large, complex organizations, preferably in private banking.
- Strong track record in SIT, UAT, integration testing, and regression testing in enterprise environments.
- Practical experience with API and microservices testing, using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
- Solid technical understanding of Java, Python, REST APIs, and enterprise application architectures.
- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD workflows and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and related platforms.
- Good knowledge of test automation frameworks and intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- High ownership, strong integrity, effective stakeholder management, and a consistent focus on delivery excellence are essential.
