Job Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary goal will be to expand and strengthen the distribution and sales network by maximizing the number of SIM and data selling outlets within your assigned area. You will be responsible for maintaining high satisfaction levels among existing customers by ensuring their needs are thoroughly met.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the distribution and sales footprint by increasing SIM and data retail points extensively across the assigned territory.
• Gain insight into market demographics and tailor sales strategies to suit the distinct customer segments in the region.
• Manage core distribution factors such as channel profitability and overall channel satisfaction.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSEs) through ongoing and effective engagement programs.
• Boost partner value, including distributors, retailers, and FSEs, by organizing structured marketing and merchandising initiatives.
• Generate timely, detailed market intelligence reports to monitor shifts in customer behavior and performance trends.
• Collaborate closely with the network team to assess and enhance mobile network quality within the market areas.
