About the Organization
Mahabodhi Jan Swasthya Evem Sarvangin Vikas Kendra is a rapidly expanding organization operating within Information, Education & Communication (IEC), Government Projects, Manpower Solutions, Event Management, Public Relations, Social Media Campaigns, CSR activities, and the Development Sector.
Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and outcome-focused Tender Head to oversee and manage all tender-related activities. This role involves the identification of tender opportunities, bid preparation and submission, internal coordination, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. The goal is to facilitate organizational growth by successfully acquiring government and institutional contracts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Discover and monitor tender opportunities via GEM, CPP portals, government bodies, PSUs, CSR agencies, and institutional clients.
- Manage the entire tender process from opportunity recognition through to submission.
- Compose technical and financial proposals, including EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, and bid documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather project details, certifications, credentials, and necessary documentation.
- Guarantee punctual submission and adherence to tender stipulations.
- Operate and manage e-procurement systems and online tender portals effectively.
- Maintain organized records of tender databases, bid status, and document archives.
- Engage with government departments, consultants, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Aid business development efforts and assist in cultivating partnership prospects.
- Analyze market patterns to identify new business prospects.
Candidate Requirements
- Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Professional experience: 3 to 10 years managing government tendering, bid evaluation and preparation, GEM portal usage, procurement procedures, and projects within government, CSR, or service sectors.
- Preferred industry exposure: Experience in IEC projects, government advisory roles, manpower supply, event coordination, PR and media agencies, CSR initiatives, development sector entities, or public sector procurement environments.
- Technical skills: Proficient with GEM and e-tendering platforms, strong proposal and tender document preparation skills, adept at bid strategies and project coordination.
- Additional skills: Comprehensive understanding of government procurement, excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, strong analytical acumen with extensive documentation skills, proficient in MS Office and reporting tools, and ability to handle multiple bids concurrently.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary offered ranges from ₹250,000 to ₹450,000 annually, with negotiable terms based on experience and project background. The role provides opportunities for career advancement, exposure to major government and development projects, and a dynamic, collaborative workplace environment.
