Tender and Billing Executive

Role Overview

Team Electricals Warangal seeks a Tender & Billing Executive to manage daily backend commercial tasks involving tendering and billing processes. This role includes handling e-tender submissions, preparing financial and commercial documentation, and maintaining records essential to business operations in the electrical and solar EPC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electronic tendering procedures, including documentation and submission requirements.
• Create and process quotations, invoicing, billing, and related commercial paperwork.
• Draft official correspondences such as business letters and emails.
• Organize and maintain records of tenders, quotations, billing, and general office documentation.
• Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute routine office activities using MS Office tools.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering, billing, quotations, or administrative functions.
• Fundamental skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.
• Capable of preparing official commercial documents including quotations and invoices.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Electrical, Solar, or EPC industries will be given preference.
• Entry-level applicants with basic computer skills and eagerness to learn are also welcome.

Eligibility Criteria

The position is open to individuals holding a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering; or Diploma qualifications in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation, Electronics fields; as well as B.Com graduates of any specialization.
