Job Summary
The role of a Telesales Executive involves proactively contacting existing and potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services while nurturing ongoing client relationships. Success hinges on excellent communication, persuasion skills, and achieving set sales objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have completed at least higher secondary education or hold a graduate degree. Experience spanning one to three years in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Duties
- Place outbound calls to potential clients to pitch products and services.
- Respond to inbound customer calls and address inquiries.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing details.
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer data and call logs.
- Follow up to close sales and encourage repeat business.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Effectively handle objections and resolve customer questions.
- Collaborate with sales and other internal teams as necessary.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Persuasive negotiation skills and resilience to rejection.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Excel and CRM platforms.
- Patience and attentive listening skills.
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English languages.

Compensation
