Role summary
Luxe Star India is seeking an energetic, target-driven telesales professional to manage leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into clients for influencer marketing, celebrity promotions, and brand collaboration services.
What you will do
- Respond to incoming leads coming from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, and the company website.
- Reach out to every new lead within 5 minutes of it being generated.
- Conduct ongoing follow-ups over phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Present Luxe Star’s offerings, including influencer marketing, celebrity promotions, and branding campaigns.
- Prepare and share quotations, pricing, and campaign information with prospects.
- Keep CRM records accurate and updated for each lead and follow-up activity.
- Turn interested prospects into confirmed sales.
- Work with the marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Re-engage older leads and build durable client relationships.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Skills and profile
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with calling prospects and maintaining follow-ups.
- Working understanding of Instagram, influencers, and digital marketing.
- CRM usage is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a sales-focused mindset.
