About the Role
AMB Interio Private Limited is seeking motivated male candidates to join as Telecalling / Telesales Executives in their New Town and Madhyamgram offices. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply for this full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct at least 300 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
- Engage in telecalling and telesales activities to promote products and services.
- Effectively communicate details of company offerings to potential clients.
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records through follow-ups.
- Perform data entry tasks and update customer information using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, or English.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data entry processes.
- Ability to manage CRM data and keep records updated accurately.
- A positive mindset with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
- Open to freshers, with training provided.
