About the Opportunity
We are urgently seeking a Female Telesales Executive to join our team in Rakhiyal, Ahmedabad. This role offers a great chance for both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to develop their career in telesales within a supportive environment. You will engage with customers directly over the phone to promote products and services, requiring excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
- Convincing potential clients to consider offered products or services.
- Following up with customers to ensure successful sales conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th Pass or Graduate with no ongoing studies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and confidently with customers.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- A confident and optimistic approach to work and customer interactions.
- Strong ability in persuasion and follow-ups to close sales.
Terms and Conditions
- Work location: Rakhiyal, Ahmedabad.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
- Salary range: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill level.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years experience.
