About the Role
DVN Tax & Consultancy is seeking a Tele Sales Executive to establish and expand their customer base by making outbound calls and explaining our range of tax and compliance services.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain various services such as Income Tax Return filing, GST Registration and Filing, Food License (FSSAI), Labour License, MSME Registration, Shop & Establishment and Trade Licenses, Digital Signature Certificates, and other business registration and compliance-related offerings.
- Generate leads and successfully convert inquiries into paying customers.
- Maintain follow-up communication with interested clients through phone and WhatsApp.
- Keep accurate customer records and daily call logs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
- Proficient communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Basic computer literacy is mandatory.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- A positive approach and eagerness to learn.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000.
