직무 설명
Role Overview
The Telesales Executive will engage with registered users to inform them about membership plans and successfully convert free users into paying customers. This position demands clear communication, understanding of customer requirements, and meeting sales goals.
Key Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to registered customers to promote membership options
- Provide detailed explanations of plans, pricing structures, and ongoing offers
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate packages
- Keep CRM records updated and perform timely follow-ups
- Meet targeted sales and conversion benchmarks
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Completion of 12th grade, diploma, or any degree
- Preferred experience: Between 7 months to 3 years in telesales or sales roles
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam essential
- Training for the role will be provided
