Role Overview
The Telesales Executive is tasked with engaging prospective and existing clients via telephone to promote company products, generate potential customer leads, and fulfill sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and explain company products and services to clients.
- Generate leads and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding quotes, payments, and order statuses.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information within the CRM or relevant software.
- Address customer questions and provide precise information.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with customers.
- Basic proficiency with computers, including MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Active listening and customer service orientation.
- Goal-driven and capable of maintaining self-motivation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
