Telesales Executive

Brandman India is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join their team at their Ghaziabad office. This role focuses on establishing new client relationships and achieving sales targets while working collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new prospective leads for business opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients via telephone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate services effectively.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers to encourage ongoing business.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Compile detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate internally to ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
• Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat engagements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Up to two years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills necessary for successful client interactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation capabilities.
• Self-driven with a clear focus on achieving set targets.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
