Compensation and Work Arrangement

The role offers a base salary complemented by commission, with a realistic on-target earning potential of £40,000 in the first year. Commission is awarded based on a combination of sales achievements and behavioural performance targets. The work setup is hybrid, involving three days at the Lincoln City Centre office and two days working remotely each week.

Role Overview

We seek talented telesales agents experienced in selling tenants insurance by making outbound calls to both cool and warm leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in purposeful outbound calling, including sales, upselling, cross-selling, or appointment setting.

Performance targets go beyond mere sales figures, encompassing activity levels and behaviour standards such as meeting or surpassing quality assurance pass rates. Compensation is structured accordingly to reflect these diverse metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience making a high volume of outbound calls (90 or more daily).
• Strong background in B2C or B2B sales with proven ability to close deals during calls.
• Excellent organisational skills and adept time management, managing multiple IT systems efficiently through the workday.
• A consistently positive and resilient mindset to maintain motivation throughout the day.
