Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to connect with potential clients using supplied leads, effectively communicating project benefits and investment options professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers utilizing company provided leads.
- Clearly articulate key features of projects and investment opportunities.
- Understand and address basic customer queries about projects.
- Encourage interested clients to arrange site visits.
- Regularly follow up with warm leads and existing contacts.
- Record each interaction accurately in CRM or Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to coordinate scheduled meetings.
- Maintain positive client relations through polite and professional conversations.
- Achieve set daily targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
- Submit daily progress reports to the Team Leader.

Compensation
