Overview
Fidore Health Private Limited is seeking a confident and result-driven Telecalling Executive based in Noida to join their team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to promote hair care products and consultation services, aiming to convert leads into sales while ensuring excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to both new prospects and existing customers.
- Professionally handle incoming customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and consultation processes.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Arrange appointments and consultations for customers as needed.
- Keep precise and updated customer records using CRM or Excel tools.
- Consistently meet daily goals for call volume, follow-ups, and sales.
- Address basic customer questions, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate or equivalent educational background.
- Excellent communication ability in Hindi; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support roles.
- Basic familiarity with MS Excel and CRM management software.
- Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and persistent follow-up.
- A positive mindset paired with a goal-oriented approach.
- Experience in beauty, healthcare, wellness, or personal care sectors is a plus.
- Capability to foster customer trust and maintain enduring relationships.
Performance Metrics
- Make at least 150 to 200 calls daily.
- Engage in 30 to 40 meaningful conversations each day.
- Secure 15 or more consultation bookings daily.
- Meet designated monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
