Job Overview
This position involves engaging with potential customers generated from Facebook, Instagram, and offline advertising campaigns to convert leads into showroom visits and eventual sales. The role includes making outbound calls, following up with leads regularly, updating CRM systems, coordinating with the sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate daily outbound calls to leads acquired via advertisements and CRM.
- Identify and understand customer needs related to tiles or doors.
- Arrange showroom appointments and consistently follow up to ensure attendance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (bitrix24) including call outcomes and lead information.
- Adopt a courteous, professional, and convincing tone during calls.
- Work closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Manage tracking of follow-ups, reschedule calls as needed, and prepare daily status reports.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Fluent spoken Hindi and Marathi with fundamental comprehension of English.
- Clear and confident communication style.
- Goal-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
- Capable of addressing objections and successfully converting leads into showroom walk-ins.
- Basic familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM systems; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills for diligent follow-up and lead tracking.

Selection will occur immediately on site.
Compensation
This role offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 25000 INR.
