Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Telecallers for both inbound and outbound calling roles to work remotely. The position involves managing incoming customer calls as well as reaching out to potential clients, providing product information, and addressing customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage inbound customer calls.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients for sales and information dissemination.
- Resolve customer questions and provide detailed information about products.
Employment Details
- Position Type: Full-time work from home.
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts.
- Monthly Salary: Between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000 plus incentives.
Terms and Conditions
- The recruitment process is free with no charges for application, interview, or training.
- A refundable IT security deposit of ₹249 is required after the mandatory 5 PM orientation session to activate secure calling software and access.
- This deposit is fully refundable once 50% of the initial assigned tasks are completed.
