About the Role
Aspire Foundation is seeking a female Telecaller to work remotely, engaging with students and parents to facilitate admission counseling for live online JEE and NEET foundation classes targeting students from classes 7th to 10th.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling parents to provide detailed information about available courses.
- Explaining the structure and benefits of JEE & NEET Foundation programs.
- Scheduling free counseling sessions for prospective students and their families.
- Conducting follow-up calls to assist with the admission process.
- Updating lead status and other relevant information using Google Sheets or Excel.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be from Maharashtra state only.
- Fluency in Marathi language, both spoken and understood, is mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Possession of an Android smartphone and a reliable internet connection.
- Laptop or computer ownership is preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is preferred.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time remote position.
- Working days are Monday through Saturday.
- The compensation includes a fixed monthly salary with attractive performance-based incentives.
- Candidates from outside Maharashtra or those unable to speak Marathi are not eligible to apply.
