Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain product features and benefits to generate interest.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer questions, concerns, and resolving any issues.
• Convert potential customers into qualified leads and close sales through effective communication.
• Collect and record customer information, including feedback and preferences to tailor engagement.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer contacts, call histories, and sales transactions.
• Follow up with interested clients to provide necessary information and support purchase decisions.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally to preserve positive client relationships.
• Stay well-informed about products and service details, including pricing and features.
