Role Overview

The company seeks an experienced Technology Project Manager to oversee comprehensive IT infrastructure and cloud transformation projects. This role demands managing initiatives including infrastructure deployment, data center migration, cloud adoption, and integration of systems with hands-on involvement. Success in this role requires effective stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and the ability to execute complex projects within technology environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery for IT infrastructure and technology projects.
• Oversee data center migration, cloud transformation, and infrastructure deployment efforts.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams involving infrastructure, network, security, and applications.
• Facilitate project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution phases.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor delivery progress, and assess service quality.
• Ensure project completion on schedule, within defined scope, and budget limits.
• Perform risk assessment, track issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Supervise testing, cutover schedules, go-live activities, and support post-implementation.
• Provide routine updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on project status.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Technology or IT Project Manager.
• Strong background in infrastructure, cloud, or data center-related projects.
• Expertise managing large-scale deployment and migration programs.
• Proficient in vendor management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Practical knowledge of project delivery methodologies including SDLC, Agile, or hybrid models.
• Capability to juggle multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.

Additional Expertise

• Experience with vendor management and RFP processes.
• Competence in planning migrations, deployments, and cutover activities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud setups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications like PMP or ITIL are advantageous.
• Experience in office relocation, smart building initiatives, or workplace transformation projects.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks.
