Technology Innovation Manager / Lead

Role Overview

The Innovation Lead for Product Development will act as a critical link between product strategy, innovation efforts, and technical execution to ensure business objectives are converted into effective, scalable solutions. This position merges product-focused thinking, stakeholder collaboration, leadership in innovation, and direct oversight of technical teams to maximize business impact and steer engineering delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate product requirements, maintain the backlog, and establish the product roadmap.
• Harmonize business aims, innovation strategies, and technical execution.
• Direct end-to-end delivery processes and agile project management.
• Provide thought leadership in shaping product vision, technical choices, and innovation programs including AI capabilities adoption.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 8+ years in roles such as product management, delivery leadership, or engineering management.
• Proven technical leadership background.
• Experience in developing scalable technology solutions.
• Consulting experience is a beneficial asset.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI and data principles with practical application experience.

This role is based in County Cork, Ireland, with options in Dublin, at the organisation's new Cork office. It is instrumental in supporting the company’s expansion on a global scale.
