Role Overview

Located at Tarrawonga Mine, multiple positions are available within a supportive team. The role involves maintaining a fleet of heavy mining machinery, including CAT and Hitachi equipment. Responsibilities include scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, all performed safely and in compliance with statutory and site standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both preventative and reactive maintenance on electric drive haul trucks such as the Hitachi EH4000-2/3 models.
• Diagnose and repair faults within high-voltage electrical systems.
• Operate effectively within both workshop and field environments.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong dedication to safety practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault identification.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience working with electric drive trucks in mining operations.
• Possession of Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
• Valid High Voltage Electrical Licence.
• Current driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to undergo an Order 45 medical examination.
