Role Responsibilities

  • Operate various machinery, tools, and equipment to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of aircraft engines, modules, components, and accessories.
  • Comprehend and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent adherence to technical quality standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues encountered in daily operations to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Provide assistance to Workshop Engineers and Cell Leaders in meeting production schedules and operational goals.
  • Execute SAP transactions including updating and adjusting work orders as needed.
  • Engage actively in Environmental Health & Safety programs, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and uphold strict ethical and compliance standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Possess a NITEC or Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or another related engineering field.
  • Have a minimum of two years of practical experience in engine or module assembly, disassembly, inspection, or testing; however, recent graduates with a relevant aerospace education are encouraged to apply.
  • Be physically capable of lifting and transporting components in compliance with workplace safety protocols.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of technical drawings and manuals.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, a hands-on working style, and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
  • Be willing to work in rotating shifts (both day and night) and commit to overtime as necessary.
  • Show technical proficiency in Engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) or the aerospace sector.
  • Be skilled in using Microsoft Office suite and SAP systems.
