Overview

Neemtree Internet Pvt.Ltd is looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Pune. The role involves troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting Java-based production applications to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications and live production environments promptly.
• Investigate Java applications to find root causes of bugs and technical faults.
• Conduct bug fixes and perform detailed code-level troubleshooting on existing Java programs.
• Analyze logs, stack traces, database queries, and system functionalities to detect and isolate problems.
• Gain familiarity with current codebases and execute minor to moderate code modifications or corrections.
• Observe production incidents, prioritize based on severity and impact, and ensure quick remedial measures.
• Engage in root cause analysis sessions and deploy preventive solutions proactively.
• Work closely with Product and Customer Support teams to comprehend issues reported by users and deliver effective technical answers.
• Create and update documentation outlining common problems, troubleshooting procedures, and their resolutions.
• Perform regression testing on fixes and cooperate with Quality Assurance before deploying to production environments.
• Assist in deployment activities during application releases when needed.
• Identify trends in recurring problems and propose enhancements to improve application reliability and efficiency.
