Role Overview
This position involves enhancing and fine-tuning an AI-driven recruitment platform called Zara, which automates candidate sourcing, screening, and communication workflows. The role demands advanced knowledge in machine learning and AI technology, working alongside various teams to deploy scalable recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and refine machine learning models to boost candidate matching precision and efficiency within Zara.
- Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural language processing tasks such as analyzing resumes and job descriptions.
- Integrate the recruitment AI system with applicant tracking software, HR databases, and external job portals through APIs.
- Partner with data scientists and product managers to improve AI training datasets and assess model performance metrics.
- Ensure all recruitment AI processes comply with privacy laws and uphold ethical AI standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Python programming and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong experience with natural language processing tools, including libraries such as spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Proven ability to build and deploy scalable AI systems in live production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker.
- Knowledgeable in SQL and NoSQL database management for data extraction and integration.
- Understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias reduction methods within recruitment technologies.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices design.
- Background in creating data pipelines and ETL processes.
