Job Summary
This role focuses on ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures, SOPs and quality benchmarks while managing peptide batch manufacturing activities. Coordination with multiple departments will be essential to maintaining smooth operations and achieving production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere rigorously to company safety standards, policies, and SOPs.
- Manage manufacturing processes specific to peptides, including batch execution and operational coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production efforts and resolve issues rapidly.
- Complete calibration, preventive maintenance, and other essential operations promptly.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations to uphold product safety and quality.
Required Expertise & Qualifications
- Proven track record of 4-8 years in peptide manufacturing.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in RPHPLC DAC column packing and slurry preparation.
- Well-versed in preparing mobile and stationary phases according to SOPs.
- Familiarity with Column DAC and SCADA system operations.
- Understanding of adsorption/desorption techniques in preparative columns and their regeneration.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems regarding peak resolution.
- Proficient in gradient method loading and execution.
- Experience operating Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
