Role Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about food to join our back-of-house team in Exeter. You will serve as a role model with a strong drive to deliver outstanding results, embracing challenges with a positive and ambitious mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle food with competency across all kitchen duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Possess good knowledge of fresh ingredients and cooking techniques relevant to a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Manage inventory effectively to monitor stock and minimize waste.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, handover, and closing of kitchen workstations for each shift.
• Complete all mandatory training to uphold a safe environment for team members and guests.
• Have a solid understanding of product specifications to consistently deliver high-quality menu items.
• Perform specialized tasks including sushi rolling, pass management, hot section cooking, and raw product preparation.
• Collaborate actively with the team and keep informed by participating in team meetings, briefings, and updates.
