About the Company

Led by senior Civil/Structural Engineers and Architects with 30 to 40 years of varied experience, the firm has delivered numerous large-scale assignments across different parts of India for over 40 years. Its team currently includes more than 180 professionals such as design engineers, field engineers, inspection engineers, architects, technicians, supervisors, and draftsmen, and the company has recently entered the infrastructure space.
Role Overview
The organization is looking for an experienced Team Leader to independently manage the design department in Thane and ensure accurate, timely delivery of drawings and design output.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply strong technical expertise to design-related work.
- Use design tools such as STAAD and ETABS effectively.
- Estimate quantities as part of the design process.
- Follow sound construction practices while reviewing and preparing work.
- Communicate clearly and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, consultants, architects, and clients.
- Manage time well and keep work on schedule.
- Work in line with the relevant Indian Standard codes.
- Hold a valid structural engineer’s licence.
- Lead the design department independently and ensure timely, correct delivery of drawings and design documents.
- Review drawings, coordinate discussions with architects, consultants, and client representatives.
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants, architects, and clients.
- Oversee the design workflow and maintain quality checks on drawings and design output.
- Ensure compliance with ISO processes and systems.
- Supervise the day-to-day work of team members and subordinates.
- Visit project sites at important stages of work.
- Issue required statutory certificates.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be highly experienced, capable of handling the design function independently, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality and compliance.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Compensation
The salary offered is INR 12,00,000 to INR 22,00,000 per year.
