About the Role

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated Team Leader based in Lucknow to lead and expand their financial advisory team. The individual will play a pivotal role in recruiting, managing, and motivating a group of Financial Advisors/Consultants, focusing on driving sales through the agency channel while ensuring customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit candidates for multiple positions through online platforms and referrals, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
Support and mentor candidates to meet their sales targets effectively.
Drive insurance sales collectively through the agency channel by managing team activities.
Provide assistance in lead generation, client interactions, and securing policy closures.
Monitor and track the team's performance against NOPs and premium metrics, ensuring targets are met consistently.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
Organize regular meetings to review the team's progress and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation with proven leadership abilities.
Capable of building and managing an effective team.
Basic knowledge of financial products related to insurance.

Experience

Open to freshers with up to 3 years of experience, especially those with strong networking skills.
