Teacher Trainer - IBPS Exam Preparation

Role Overview

We seek a dedicated Teacher Trainer to conduct in-person classroom sessions in Hyderabad for candidates preparing for IBPS banking exams. This position demands creating engaging lesson plans and guiding learners across subjects like quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English language, banking awareness, and exam tactics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive classroom training focused on IBPS exams at the Hyderabad center.
• Design, update, and implement study materials and lesson plans tailored to the banking exam syllabus.
• Utilize practical examples to clarify banking concepts and exam formats to learners.
• Regularly assess learners through tests and assignments, offering detailed performance feedback.
• Mentor students on examination preparedness and interview techniques to maximize success rates.
• Maintain accurate and organized training documentation and records.
• Collaborate with academic teams to refine training content and maintain consistent teaching quality.
• Assist in scheduling batches and coordinating academic activities.

Candidate Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of IBPS exam subjects including quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English, and banking awareness.
• Demonstrated experience in classroom training or coaching for competitive banking or financial exams.
• Strong lesson planning and curriculum delivery abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills to connect effectively with diverse learners.
• Adept at evaluating learner progress and providing focused guidance to enhance exam outcomes.
• Ability to work professionally in a Hyderabad-based onsite training environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in commerce, finance, economics, management, or a related discipline; possession of professional banking or finance certifications is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to banking operations or familiarity with bank recruitment processes is preferred.
• Good organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and computer proficiency for training material preparation and record management.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration offered for this position ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
