We seek a passionate teacher to spearhead and nurture our expanding teacher community. As the Teacher Community Lead, you will serve as the vital connection between educators and our team, engaging teachers, encouraging valuable dialogues, gathering constructive feedback, and helping to evolve The Learning Mate in alignment with authentic classroom requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain an actively engaged teacher community.
• Arrange and facilitate webinars, workshops, and community-focused events.
• Gather and relay product feedback, requests for new features, and educational insights from teachers.
• Detect prevalent challenges faced by educators and communicate these to the product development team.
• Promote and disseminate effective teaching methods, assessment strategies, and success stories within the community.
• Recruit and provide support to teacher ambassadors and early users of the platform.
• Contribute to the creation of educational content, stimulate community discussions, and manage newsletters.
• Act as the representative voice of teachers in internal meetings regarding product planning and improvement.
