Role Overview
The primary goal of this position is to effectively manage customer interactions, converting inquiries into successful sales by leveraging thorough product knowledge and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate product features and their appropriate uses, covering tiles, bathware, and cladding materials.
- Guide customers in product choices based on design preferences, budget considerations, and application requirements.
- Maintain organized and visually appealing product samples aligned with a premium brand image.
- Log all customer inquiries meticulously using Excel or CRM software.
- Persistently follow up with customers to advance inquiries to quotations and finalized orders.
- Strive to meet monthly sales targets through focused enquiry conversion and value-oriented selling.
- Regularly update management with daily reports covering enquiry statuses, follow-ups, and sales results.
- Provide showroom-level after-sales assistance, including order tracking, delivery updates, and resolving basic issues, escalating problems to higher management when necessary.
Work Schedule
Workdays are Monday through Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
