Role Overview and Impact

Joining Hanger as a Talent and Leadership Development Partner means contributing to a forward-thinking talent function focused on processes like annual performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership growth. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting Hanger's ambition to rank as the most esteemed orthotics and prosthetics organization globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives in talent management including performance reviews, talent evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Design, develop, and implement talent management projects and programs.
• Create and update talent management resources, training content, and communications.
• Manage configuration, administration, and support of talent management modules within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
• Provide change management support for vital talent-related initiatives.
• Advise on talent solutions requiring change management and employ strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Participate in additional projects as the team expands or business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of experience in related roles.

• Proven expertise in talent management and leadership development.
• Experience creating talent management programs and resource materials.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Strong abilities in project management and data analysis for trend identification and informed recommendations.

• Experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM systems.
