Role Overview

This full-time, hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment. The Talent Advisor will manage the complete hiring lifecycle by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing technical candidates. A hybrid onsite presence is mandatory; only candidates open to working in the office will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage various stages of the candidate pipeline including sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and reference verification.
• Source potential candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Conduct pre-qualification telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Format resumes and perform necessary administrative recruitment functions.
• Engage in client acquisition activities including cold calling and building client relationships.
• Participate in networking events and training sessions to enhance recruiting skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in full-life cycle and technical recruiting, preferably within the IT sector.
• Experience sourcing and evaluating candidates effectively with strong interviewing capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment methods and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work with hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, adaptable, with a growth mindset and ability to innovate.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage time effectively and follow through on tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 annually with unlimited earning potential via commission.
